Our counselling services offer a safe and confidential space to explore experiences, thoughts, and feelings. We support adults from all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ communities, survivors of violence, and those navigating addiction and mental health recovery. Using trauma-informed, culturally safe, and harm reduction approaches, we prioritise emotional safety and empowerment. Sessions are available in English or Spanish, in-person or via telehealth.
Here and Heard offers reflective, values-led supervision for social workers, counsellors, health professionals, and students.
